  • Liaising with instructors to monitor studio capacity, managing bookings.
  • Collection of payments, outstanding fees.
  • Handle booking, cancellations and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors.
  • Handle reception area - receiving walk in customers, assisting clients with checking in.
  • Help out with reception duties as necessary, this includes the following:.
  • Provide frequent updates to the Organization managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Handling internal disputes between instructors / staff.
  • Handling customer service related issues, complaints and emergencies.
  • Maintaining good customer service standards.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Overseeing facilities services and maintenance.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of communication within the company.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure the studio areas are maintained to a high standard during each shift.
  • Education: Assisting the manager tasks related to Pilates Teacher training, ensure the following tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner: Answer emails, handle course planning, track new students, handle payments, compile student progress and status.
  • Studio / Operations: Assisting the main studio manager and help carry out necessary tasks for the day-to-day operations of the studio, liaising with Pilates instructors and admin staff.
  • Working with Managers with different aspects of the business: clients, day-to-day operations, instructor management, courses & education management.
  • Experience in fitness industry are welcome, but not necessary.
